Back Crestron DigitalMedia Takes Centre Stage at Integrated Systems Russia 2016

Crestron will be showcasing new innovations fr om its market-leading DigitalMedia(DM) range at ISR 2016. The show takes place from 1- 3 November 2016 at the Forum, Moscow, Russia and visitors to Stand B04 will have the opportunity to preview the company’s new DM solutions for small meeting rooms and huddle spaces in modern business and learning environments. A range of Crestron’s other solutions for the professional audio visual market will also be on show.

The new DMPS3-4K-150-C brings the power and performance of DM and scales it down for the small to medium sized meeting space or classroom. An ultra-high-definition presentation switcher and control solution, the DMPS3-4K-150-C integrates a control system, multi-format switcher, 4K video scaler, mic preamp, and audio DSP all into one compact device that mounts conveniently under a conference table or in an equipment rack. The unit also benefits from built-in Crestron Connect It™ functionality making it a complete collaboration solution that’s easy and affordable to deploy with no programming required.

The DMPS3-4K-150-C will be part of the ‘DM Wall’ on Stand B04 wh ere visitors can see the full range of DigitalMedia features and benefits. The DM wall is divided into three sections to showcase Crestron’s capabilities when using fibre, copper, or streaming.

Crestron is launching new fibre units at the show including the DMF-CI-8, a rack-mounted unit which extends 4K video signals over fibre optic cable, while adding 4K fibre inputs/outputs to a DM switcher. Amongst the other things shown on the DM Wall will be how to manage HDCP content switching and streaming over copper and fibre, breakaway audio switching and enhanced video wall processing and control. Also on display will be the small, affordable package the DGE-100 and DM-DGE-200-C, which provide multi-format video processing, display control, dynamic onscreen graphics, and direct communication with Crestron Fusion. The DM-DGE-200-C features a DM input and supports 4K video in and out. An OSD (On Screen Display) on the stand will demonstrate how the system can be utilised in hotel and hospitality applications.

Simple yet powerful

Also on the booth will be Crestron’s HD-MD-400-C-E which delivers an incredibly simple and cost-effective multimedia presentation solution for classrooms and meeting spaces. It allows a laptop or mobile device to be connected to one of three inputs at a table or podium, and routes the signal to a display or projector up to 230 feet (70 metres) away. An additional AV source can be connected at the display device location or through an optional wall plate. Fully automatic operation detects when a source is connected or disconnected at any input and turns the display on and off, alleviating the need for any control panels or remotes. Built-in scaling ensures an optimal video image for SD and HD video signals, as well as for high-res computer signals.

Sleek, modern interface

Crestron is well known for top level technology, and the new touchscreen on display at ISR is no different.  The beautifully sleek and modern design provides premium, fit-for-purpose functionality.   In one slim device, the TS-1542 integrates a brilliant 15.6” full HD touch screen display and high-performance digital graphics engine.  Its sleek, modern design features premium metallic construction and edge-to-edge glass for a contemporary look that’s perfectly at home placed on an executive boardroom table, installed in a high-tech command centre, or mounted on the wall in huddle spaces. Suitable for installation on a wall, table top, or VESA mount, it features dual-window HD streaming video display, annotation, voice recognition, web browsing, and Rava® SIP Intercom.  Other interfaces are also being shown, including the DGE-100 and DM0DGE-200-C.

Engineering the future of audio

The ISR booth is one of the first places to experience Crestron’s new precision-engineered Avia™ DSPs and software tool which dramatically simplifies audio programming, tuning, expansion, and integration. Supporting audio over IP using the Dante™ network and integrating natively with DigitalMedia™, touch screens, Crestron Fusion® Cloud, and unified collaboration technology, Avia™ DSPs is a vital part of a comprehensive Crestron solution. Pyng™ - the app for all

Pyng™, Crestron’s compact hub connects accessories with the app, runs scenes and events, whilst continuously backing up all settings to the cloud, making changes easy and secure. Once the initial set up is complete, anyone can easily modify settings or create new scenes right from the app. Crestron Pyng™ empowers owners to make changes to scenes and settings themselves safe in the knowledge that their integrator can restore to an automatic cloud backup if they wish to undo any adjustments.

A host of other products will be available for visitors to see on the stand - for more information please visit www.crestron.eu, or http://en.isrussia.ru/ for details on ISR.
